Hi,

Hotmail wasn't working for 2 days so I though someone might have hacked it. So I changed my password , nothing changed , so I then changed my username , then my email address ( I soooooo regret it now!!!!!).
But then impossible to log in , the password won't work.
I have been sending forms after forms to microsoft with as many details as I could but they kept on replying that it wasn't enough , until the last one they told me I just had to open a new account !

I am a homeschooling mum , I have all my children's tests, grades  on my hotmail  , I really need to have it back .
I have beem giving so many information about adress email, names of folders, the facts that I never write subjects, the last emails I sent to whom....that's a lot of information , I don't understand why this is not enough.

I changed it to

pass. dieuaidemoi             ( this mean God help me hahah)
