when i turn on my acer laptop ...windows8    .the windowslive mail APP  is   just a quick flash of black screen when I tap it.i cannot open it or do anything .  i tried to uninstall it in order to  reinstall it but it  will not uninstall either . it used to work fine ....as soon as i put the laptop on and went to start it showed my  emails etc .what has gone wrong and how can i fixit.driving me mad !!! please help.
