So I have been having issues using Windows 8 apps. This happened right after I upgraded from Windows 8 to 8,1. I'm currently running Windows 8.1, but I still get the problem where the windows store is stuck on loading when I use it. Here's the real issue I have tried nearly everything, and I was willing to refresh but I have Office (i.e Word, Powerpoint) So if I refresh will I still be able to re-install these programs, and if so how? Any solution, and or answer would be awesome, thanks.
