When cleaning folders in the "Documents" folder an employee accidentally moved the "Microsoft User Data" folder. Now when she opens Outlook, her identity and all data is gone. I've figured out where she moved the folder, and I know that I need to move it back to the Documents folder. However, there is now a new "Microsoft User Data" folder in the Documents folder. When I try to move the original folder back, my option is either to stop, or replace the new folder. I am not sure if i should replace the new folder with the original folder, or if i should rename the new folder and then move the original folder.
