Each time I open Windows Live Mail 2011 I am prompted to sign in to windows Live Mail. Each time I enter my Hotmail ID and password, but each time it says 'The email or password is incorrect. Please try again'. The ID and password I am entering are not incorrect, as I can use them to access my Hotmail account using Chrome. But I would like to be able to access the Hotmail account using Windows Live Mail. What can I do? Is this problem linked with the fact that I can't open Internet Explorer? I have opened it in Safe mode and reset all the options, but still without success.
