When I try and sign in it says that there may be a possibility somebody else has been using the account, so try to recover my account, and fill in a little bit of info and they say they will email me and tell me if i can get into the account or not. So i get the email and it tells me that I cannot get into my account because i lack the right amount of information.

Thing is that my cousin created my account and I do not know what she put in the information field, the account was made many many years ago, back in the original hotmail days, and I need to be able to get into my account. I tried calling in however they just told me to come here to help. It really is my account and I need in HELP PLEASE!
