Hello! I have recently started (last couple of weeks - seems to have started after updating to 14.4.45) to encounter problems with Outlook connecting to my email exchange. I have spoken to my provider multiple times to make sure the problem is not with my actual exchange account. They have run diagnostics and all is 100%. I also receive and send emails immediately via my iPhone, iPad and webmail, which all syncs and works perfectly...

However, when I use Outlook for Mac, from time to time (every day) the syncing disconnects and then it tells me it cannot connect to my exchange. I get a variety of errors - file was reached, could not sync, connection has failed, etc etc etc... This entire time though, my iPhone and webmail work perfectly. I've been told that this is an issue with the software. So I called Microsoft technical support and they directed me here.

Someone please help! It's starting to drive me nuts and I'm close to shutting down Outlook for good and using another mail program.
