I would appreciate if you can please advise the reason why when I send an 1 email it shows in the bottom R/H box sending 1 of 2 emails ????

My main concern is that someone is having all my emails going to their email box along with whoever I am sending to

I also feel this person has control over my laptop and would just appreciate if you can advise where I could look to see if someone else is receiving my emails
