I need help with adding an alias to my account. My current email address is one which I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, I had previously created and deleted an account under the email that I would like to use. When I try to add it to my account, it says that the email address is already taken. I would just change my email, but it is an established account which I cant afford to get rid of. The Microsoft support agent I talked to said that this email is now blocked from being used, even though the account it was under no longer exists. Can someone please help me to add this address to my account?
