I am beginning to understand video editing more and more, but I am still in the need for help, I have downloaded Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 to try and make an outro for my YouTube channel, but I can't import the video I need,(To play a video in a video.) other videos, however, some videos can be used, but some cannot,if someone has had the problem and know how to solve this issue, please let me know ASAP.
