Thank you for your interest in trying to help me. To begin describing my problem...*sigh* its a long one so stay with me please.

SO, yesterday, I tried to make my little brother his very first e-mail account through MSN, or should I say Microsoft??!! 

Anyways, so when I was on the page to create a new email, I had no idea that you can only make a NEW email with .hotmail and .live, to make a completely new email for outlook, its a whole different website!!! So freaking confusing if you ask me. -_- 

I filled out everything that was required, and then came the stupid mistake. Instead of putting down @hotmail or @live , I put down ......"@gmail".

Since my little brother isnt 13 yet, my mom had to use her credit card and pay $0.50 to verify that she is an adult, but when they sent the verification code as a "overprotective double-check" we realized that the microsoft account email we just made not only is taken already by some random person on GMAIL already, but we even PAID and put our credit card info!!! I would really like to resolve this matter ASAP, and Ive called the customer service line twice already, talked to 2 different people, and did LIVE CHAT once, but they all failed to help me just the same... the only thing the people I called for help did was to connect me to yet another "specialized" phone number, which took me to an automated voice process. What frustrated me is that the automated voice told me that it cant help me because I am not a customer of MSN/Microsoft because I COULD NOT provide a 10 digit phone number proving that I have an account with them!!! But guess what? Since I signed up using someone else's e-mail account that I dont even know, I havent been even allowed to get into the email account! If anyone has ANY useful information, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE leave a comment, or answers I would really appreciate it.
