I have Windows 10.  The email app was working until this morning when I went to retrieve emails, which it doesn't do automatically which is a problem as well. Whenever I touched on any function on the built in email app, the program would crash so I can't retrieve my emails much less read them. At least I can retrieve my emails through the web, so I don't have an issue with my email accounts.
