Microsoft Email Account Linked to Gamertag Hacked

I am trying to move my Xbox Live gamertag to a different email. Email 1 (linked to gamertag) was hacked and I am unable to log-in to Xbox Live. Is there a method of moving to another email address (email 2). Thanks
