this might be wrong product/category posting but it's best I could guess...I desperately need your help fixing my error. In the process of trying to get my microsoft.com account (primary alias email1) to sync with my company intranet (which is a requirement
to access company resources) I have "stuck" email2 in limbo land. I closed the email2 microsoft.com account so when I try to login it says "doesn't exist" and when I try to add it as an alias (which is my ultimate need) to my main miscrosoft.com account (email1)
it says "email taken"....help! email1 is my personal email and email2 is business...pls help, I MUST be able to add email2 as an alias to my primary email1 microsoft.com account....thx in advance
