I have been tryingunsuccessfully all day to resolve an issue for my son on his xbox live, as I understand there has been a security update which is now stopping him from going onto his account until we verify some details.

I have ust spent half an hour on the phone to a very helpful xbox live adviser who has talked me through the necessary steps toresolve it, however at the end of the process it advises me there is a temporary problem and I should try another time.

 

Can you please look into this and let me know as soon as possible what else I need to do to get my son back online via his microsoft account to use hi xbox live?
