Need help please! I tried creating a new password but i get the error "microsoft account is incorrect".
Ive tried creating a new account with the same name but it says its allready taken. So i know its active.
That same email is what i use to log into my facebook so i know its still there. I just cant get a new password for it.
What could be the problem?
Any help would be appreciated
