Hi,
I have moved my domain (cbcbelfast.org) on live.com. After domain ownership verification, I was adding email account, when it said “This account is already exist in with the option of import”. I imported the account.
I am unable to login to the account. At login, I get the following error message “The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again”. When I try the "Can't Access your account?" option, I get the error message: “The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again”
How do I resolve this?
