I really need help recovering this account!! We did nothing wrong and everything we do online is done with it. I have seen that others have had similar trouble and hope that someone can help.

We are trying to unlock/recover access to a live.com email address. We filled in as much information as possible via https://account.live.com/acsr but a notice was sent saying that there was
not enough information. We researched further and tried to fill in as much detail as possible but now get an immediate response saying 'final update' and that a new account must be created?
