Microsoft account was hacked long ago. Account should be associated with different email, but is not. Now I cannot access any microsoft services but the gamertag associated with my old email is still active. It will not allow me to change the email/microsoft account it is associated with. Have already spoken to phone support. Referred here by XBox Customer Support.
