I had issues with my Microsoft account, so I deleted it and created a new one. However, I'd like to use my primary email address as my ID on my new Microsoft account; however, I can't do so because it was the ID on my old account. As I have deleted my old account, I don't see any reason as to why I shouldn't be able to use it on my new account.

Could someone help me with this?
