I had logged a case with the Microsoft team regarding some issues with my email account, for some reason after it was spammed Microsoft has ever since would keep asking me to reset my password.  It was getting to the point where I was setting a new password several times a day.  Microsoft has sent me several responses regarding this case and when I follow the link from my actiongirl5 account it just states that this email is not allowed to view the case.  I even emailed Microsoft telling them this and they sent me back another reply that I cannot access................I am not entirely sure why...but I would like to get this sorted out as it is becoming a nuisance....is there any of the moderators in this forum that can sort this matter out.
