The problem:

1. I can't see my list in the messenger.

2. Are the people I added in my list, within the same domain not added automatically to my list?

3. I tried signing in to messenger, I was notified that the account does not exist.  Are these accounts not centralized?  Do I have to signup to messenger separately to be able to use the messenger on my live.com account?
