Hello,


I have been using a messenger account for years but a few weeks ago it was stolen. My password and security questions were changed by fraud so I'm no longer able to access my account. While trying to get my account back, I found it was impossible because I did not use the account's associated email box to send and receive emails. Therefore I cannot provide enough information for the online recovery system to automatically recognize me. I contacted Microsoft customer support and they suggested me post a thread here for help. So...could anyone kindly advice what I can do? Thank you!
