I've been getting the following message when I try to send messages:
The connection to the server has failed.

Subject 'Outstanding Invoice'
Server: 'relais.videotron.ca'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10061

Note: This problem only happened today. I did not make changes to my computer. The first time it happened today, I rebooted and the message was sent. I've tried rebooting again, but this time the messages stay in the Outbox with the above error message appearing.
