I have an old Hotmail account when I went to log in last week got message that it appears someone else may be logged into my account. Filled out form numerous times but have moved several times since and my secondary email and ph # have changed and have got no response. Have sensitive info on there in the form of emails. Spoke with support today and they told me to set up another outlook email acct. to contact this support site and gave me case #1221013521
