I no longer have access to the email accounts that this live account is based upon, however I have many things under this account including contacts that I do not want to loose.

The new email account I have is a sympatico.ca account so a live account was automatically created for it.

How can I merge this account into the sympatico account so that all of my contacts don't have to go through the process of re-adding me.

Of course, I don't want to loose my other stuff under this account, I just want to migrate everything to the new account.

I tried the normal way from the live.com site, but it said I couldn't add a sympatico.ca account to this one.

One problem I have is that several contacts are away and will not be online for quite a while which is why I want to simply migrate to the new account.

Is there a specific department at Microsoft I can contact to get this done, if there is no way to do it online?
