I have a @hotmail.com account and a @live.com account. To avoid having to log in and out to access both accounts, I merged the two. My @live.com account was the primary. Since the update to Outlook I have been unable to access my @hotmail.com account.
The option that was under my name in the top right hand corner to access my @hotmail.com account is no longer there. When I try to log in normally I get the following screen.
It looks like someone else might be using your account
To help you—and only you—get back into *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, we need to verify that it's yours.
I started this account 15 plus years ago and cannot remember all the details for unlocking it. Does any one have a solution other than create another account?
