I currently have two Live ID accounts and would like to merge these accounts and only have one email address plus the SkyDrive content available at one of the addresses.

I know that I can enter an alias but that does not cover all of the issues.

The main issue is that one account was created during the period in which if you signed up, you received 27GB of storage rather than 7GB as it is now. The later account was created and that offer was no longer available. I want to merge the accounts and somehow keep the option of the 27GB...Is that possible?
