I have just upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7.  To my surprise, the menu and toolbar in Internet Explorer have disappeared.  Pressing Alt and Alt+V worked once, but following a restart, it did not work again.  I can live with the horizontal scrollbar gone, and the disappearance of the personalization options, but I would like the menu and toolbar back, especially the favorite tab and bar.  Can Microsoft fix it for me?  Thanks.
