Dear all,

I have not been able to access my live.mdx.ac.uk email account for more than 5 days now. When I try to log in it appears a msg saying:

'You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account)'

When I try to log in from the Office 365 page the following msg appears:

'We don't recognize this user ID or password'

I would really appreciate if someone can tell me how I can access my email account.
