I have read through all the articles on Managing Groups in Outlook.com and remain at a loss.  I was able to create a group, but it does NOT appear in my People list when I scroll through, nor can I search for it sucessfully.  I thought perhaps I did something wrong, so I tried to add the new group again.  I got an error that the group already exists.  I then tried to see if I could email to it.  Again, cannot find the group.
