I have not been signed up for some time, when i signed in my hotmail account today, found that it has been updated to Microsoft, and was asked to provide the account informaton. After signed in, my previous mails have been lost....

Also, is there any other solutions that my Microsoft mail account would be also available to receive mails via other mailbox?

Would you please help to check on it?
