I'm using Windows 8.1 platform and Windows live mail  from Windows essential 2012 download. My spam folder and delete folders will allow me to delete the emails but they come right back within a few minutes. I have re-installed Essentials and it did not fix the problem. Also, what happen to the x to delete all messages in the trash folder? I sure would appreciate help with this as I don't know what to try next.
