I have a MacBook. The Mail app opens my email. It has stopped receiving my email. It asks for my password but will not accept it. It says that it can't connect to Incoming Mail Server pop3.live.com . I don't know what Office Version it is. I've clicked Office for Mac 2011 as that seems about right.
