I'm running Mac office 2011 on a new MBP on a dedicated fibre line - we connect to a corporate 2010 exchange server.

My emails were 100% until recently when, for no obvious reason, it started to take 15-45mins for emails to land in my outlook mailbox - I could see them in webmail but they wouldn't come down into my inbox even with a force sync.

My mailbox has only c. 200 emails in it none of them are large, I'm not receiving any large emails and my internet connection is great with plenty of bandwidth.

If I restart outlook it downloads the new emails immediately but after that it goes back to a c. 15-45min lag. It's frustrating as I can see the emails in webmail and they do appear whenever outlook randomly decides to sync. I have tried to create the profile fresh and the same issue repeats.

My send and receive schedule is set to check every minute so that's not the issue either.

Help!?
