I am running Outlook 2011 on a 5 month old Macbook Air, synching with Exchange 2010.  Everything has been running fine until today.  But today, I get email fine, I send email fine, but when I delete, read, or move emails to another folder, the action does not occur in Exchange.  I know this because when i look at my emails on my iPHone or on the web access version of our exchange server, the changes don't show up.  They only show locally on my Mac.  And, Outlook shows that the folder is up to date, and synch is complete.  Anyone have an idea how to get Outlook on my Mac to completely synch with Exchange?
