We have a few users using Outlook for Mac 2011 (14.4.6 and 14.4.2) that have trouble automatically syncing their mailboxes after being migrated from our Exchange 2007 environment to our Exchange 2013 environment.
OS X versions are 10.9.5, 10.7.5, and 10.10.1
If they perform a manual sync, it works fine. Automatic syncing is spotty and can go for hours before syncing. Identities, accounts, and profiles have been rebuilt
without success.
OWA and ActiveSync are working just fine.
Is there something to look for client side (Outlook 2011 Connection Status) or perhaps server side in EWS settings?
