Hello:

Similar to other Outlook.com customers, my inbox is not syncing for outlook.com.  I can send e-mails from my Nokia 822.  The calendar syncs.  Contacts sync.  SkyDrive syncs with photos and Office.  I just cannot see new e-mails arrive in my inbox on my phone. 

 

The issue started for me on Monday July 15 about 6 PM Pacific. 

 

I have tried to send an e-mail to Outlook.com from my work e-mail account.  I receive it in my browser based e-mail as well as the Microsoft modern client as well as Outlook desktop application.  I have tried sending emails from my phone using Outlook.com. They arrive as normal. 

 

Is this a Microsoft issue?
