win10 update KB4023057 installed 12/9 lost WLM restored to point before KB update. Still no e-mail data or e-mail account. Where are all my messages? This is 3rd time in 11 months each time w/update to Win10.

I first restored to a point before the most recent install of KB4023057 (12/9/2018), WLM did not restore.

How can I restore my e-mail messages and folders, including those lost in March 2018?

OS Win10 v1803 

KB4023057 reinstalled 12/9/18 after the recovery.
