i have lost the last 30 days emails for no apparent reason?

my phone (blackberry 10) received an email this morning and i read and deleted it the account then froze and i had to reboot the phone i have now lost the last 30days emails? i need to recover these as i use this account to run my small business..

why is there no technical help from outlook ?
