I was using Hotmail.com which i was happy with, it was taken over by outlook.com which was a big step down for ease of use. Then my 2 linked accounts were unlinked causing me to loose the password to my second account. I have requested 3 times to reset the password but still no go. All of my personal email go through this account so what do I need to do to reset the password. Please do not say go to reset password as i have had no luck this way
