I was just reading a brand new message (May 20) and hit the page down key by accident instead of the down arrow and the message disappeared and the program opened another email. I checked all folders as well as deleted items and did searches (basic & advanced) and could not find it. Where would it be sent by the program - and why would the PgDn key send it there? Thanks.
