I have a 5-year-old live.com account that I don't use much any more. Two months ago, I logged in was forced to *update* the security info and password - had to change everything. Now I can't log in, and can't recall the *new* information to save my life. I have tried several times to get access to this account. I get the same response: I gave incorrect verification information and I should just create a new account. I don't want a new account. I was waiting for a specific email in the existing account and now I can't contact that person. Am really, really ticked. If I hadn't been required to change the security information to save me from myself, there wouldn't be a problem.
