While I was trying to move from Hotmail to outlook the access to my account got blocked . I went through the process getting a code on my registered phone to unblock the account and create a new password. I got the code to unblock the account. I plugged the required code and then the system asked me to create a new password. I created the new password but then the systems keeps me asking to create new password forever without letting me the access. I tried several times getting different codes on my phone but the system takes me to the same place where I am been asked to create a new password forever without giving me the access. Can someone help me? I have many years of history and very important work for me on this email.
