After doing the 16807Office 2011 14.3.8 Update on my Mac I lost most of my contacts and contactgroups!! I closed all the programs before updating. I don't sync my outlookcontacts. 

If I click at contacts (left under) the page is blanc.

What happend and how can I get my contacts back??
