When I try to open mail I get a error saying I already have mail open. A small 1/4 inch white box with the blue circle in the middle is in the middle of my screen after attempting to open email. I tried to delete windows live and reinstall it but that didn't help. I use email for work etc. I have gone 4 days without it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am not a PC geek, so going t registries etc. would not work for me. I have windows 7. This all started when spyware called startnow was installed on my PC. I can't Skype, use email or access certain programs. I downloaded Spybot and got rid of most, I hope spyware and maleware. I can't be notified via email since I can't even open the program.
