My Inbox (on the hotmail/outlook website) shows emails only for the last few days. And the "POP" folder only shows 240 emails, which are old deleted ones. I have been using the Hotmail account for almost 10 years - where are my old emails? I had several important emails in my inbox, which, I assumed, were stored safely.
