Hello I was recently changed over from Hotmail.com to an outlook.com email account and within the last week I have lost all of my contacts and I can not figure out why.  I've tried to go to the people hub and restore my contacts but it shows as there are not contacts that need to be restored.  I also checked the settings and all of my available outlets are selected but still no contacts if there anything you can help me out with.  My e-mail address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, can you please e-mail me to help further assist me with this issue.
