This is my third post of this kind. I am at this point incredibly desperate to get my emails back. Through all three of these posts the situation has remained the same and unsolved....

The situation has always been that after signing into my account for the first time since it changed to outlook all my old archived emails are gone.  As you can see from the message boards I am not the only one to experience this problem in syncing the accounts (old hotmail - new outlook!) and as I've mentioned in my other posts I have a close friend who had the same thing happen to her (she got her emails back after a lengthy time of two - three weeks ). 

My last two posts were responded to by moderators who privated messaged me back that my complaint had been "escalated". I replied via private message and I was asked to in detail explain the situation, give names of old emails, etc. which I gladly did. Most importantly I stated that I still have all my contacts and skydrive images and that I am recieving emails from old list serves.  

I now have recieved some sort of automated response that infroms me that according to their records my account has been inactive for 365 days. This is impossible because I have an email I sent my friend only 6 months ago. I recieved an private response from an "escalation agent" that said this:

Hi,

I reviewed your account and found that it has been inactive. Outlook.com accounts become inactive if you don’t sign in for more than 365 days or within the first 10 days after signing up for an account.

(NEITHER WHICH APPLY TO ME)

After an account becomes inactive, all messages, folders, and contacts are deleted. Incoming messages will be sent back to the sender as undeliverable and your account name is still reserved. Lost mails, contacts due to inactivity cannot be recovered as it was already purged from our server.

(I HAVE ALL MY CONTACT AND I AM RECIEVING INCOMING MESSAGES FROM OLD LIST SERVES AND I HAVE ALL CONTACTS AND SKYDRIVE IMAGES )

(IM SORRY BUT I DONT WANT TO KNOW HOW TO PREVENT LOST MAIL WHEN EVERYTHING I HAVE EVER TRUSTED MICROSOFT WITH IS NOW GONE AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR OVER THE LAST WEEK TO GET BACK)

Is there any way to see if my emails can be either found or if lost recovered ?

I really really need my emails back.
