I had a private message area going with a similar thread because I lost all of my emails when I changed my primary alias. That private message has now disappeared from my account and I cannot reply to that private message to request an update. It has been a month and I would expect some contact from any company dealing with there customers.

This whole experience is making me consider switching to Mac for all my computer needs because of the "service", or lack there of, I have received on this matter.
